- 1 cup Tofu, cubed
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Coriander Leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
To make a marinade, combine 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 teaspoons chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper powder.
Toss the tofu into the marinade
Cover and chill for 15 to 60 minutes.
Grill the tofu for 10 to 15 minutes into the grilling pan or, turning it occasionally, on a griddle that has been lightly greased.
