
Spicy Peanut Spaghetti 🍝
In about 10 minutes, a nutty, subtly spicy sauce is swirled with noodles. It is the simplest and quickest takeout meal you can create in your own kitchen! It is also a low-carbohydrate, high-fiber meal.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- Lemon juice of half a lemon
- 2 tsp Chili Flakes
- 2 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
- water
- veggies of your choice
- chopped walnuts and coriander
- Olives
- Whole Wheat/Durum Wheat Spaghetti
Instructions

Noodles should be cooked according to the directions on the package.

Meanwhile, stir together peanut butter, chilli flakes, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice, sugar, and ginger in a large mixing bowl. (The sauce may appear curdled at first, but continue whisking until smooth.)

Drain the noodles, then add them to the bowl with the sauce and stir until well coated.

If desired, garnish with scallions and peanuts. Add additional chilli flakes if you want it spicier.
