Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions

Cut your 2 sweet potatoes that are about 1/4-inch wide.

Soak these potatoes for at least 30 minutes in cold water. After that, rinse, drain, and dry.

Toss the sweet potatoes equally with olive oil in a dry basin or ziplock bag.

Finally, place the fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread them out evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C, turning once in between for 15 to 20 mins.

Be careful to remove the pan halfway through and turn the fries.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven, generously season the fries with 1/4 tspsalt, 1/4 tsp pepper and set aside for another 3-5 minutes.
